Job Description:
Must-Have
• Strong Understanding on IT Infrastructure – Servers, database, networks, storage and Cloud.
• Experience on Disaster Recovery
Good-to-Have
• Proficiency in Tools Such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, CBAP certified
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Minimum 7 – 10 years of overall experience in IT sector. Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and conducting workshops with multiple stakeholders to understand resiliency and recovery requirements.
2 Liaise & translate technical concept into clear business requirements and document
3 Analyze current IT systems, infrastructure dependencies and data recovery processes.
4 Hands-on experiences on network setup, server configuration, resiliency testing/impact assessment
5 Experience on preparing BRDs, function specification docs and data flow diagrams.
6 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and must have a good experience in documenting Business Requirement documents, Process flows, Data specifications, prototyping.
