Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Junior UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience and designing user interfaces that are both functional and visually appealing. You will work closely with experienced designers and developers to bring new features and products to life. • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
• Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and creative design ideas.
• Update and maintain design system components, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to support design decisions and improvements.
• Communicate design and user experience concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct competitive analysis to keep up with current design trends and standards.
• Collaborate with users to enhance accessibility and usability of digital products.
• Manage and prioritize multiple design projects to meet deadlines and objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to conduct user research and interpret results to inform designs.
