Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior designers and developers to create stunning and functional interfaces.
- Assist in the creation and refinement of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and creative design ideas.
- Update and maintain design system components, ensuring they are up-to-date and relevant.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to support design decisions and improvements.
- Communicate design and user experience concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive analysis to keep up with current design trends and standards.
- Collaborate with users to enhance accessibility and usability of digital products.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product's overall design quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Ability to conduct user research and interpret results to inform designs.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects, indicating skills in UX/UI design.
