Job Description:


We are hiring a talented Scrum Master Team Lead professional to join our team


Responsibilities:

  • Drive high-quality sprint execution (velocity, cycle time, goal achievement).
  • Resolve structural impediments and own organisation-wide Agile metrics (velocity, throughput, lead time, cycle time, defects) to guide improvements.
  • Enforce strict backlog readiness.
  • Balance feature delivery, engineering investment, and stability at the leadership level.
  • Lead the Scrum Master team: standardise practices, establish reporting, and coach SM capability.
  • Manage cross-stream dependencies and provide executive delivery reporting.
  • Partner with Engineering/QA to refine SDLC (Definition of Ready/Done, release, incident workflows).


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years in Agile roles, with 3+ years as Scrum Master/Agile Lead across multiple streams.
  • Proven experience in organisational delivery maturity improvement.
  • Strong background in regulated, fast-paced environments (Fintech, Payments, Crypto, Brokerage).
  • Solid SDLC understanding.
  • Experienced in coordinating across Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Business stakeholders.
  • Expert in sprint planning, capacity modelling, backlog management, and interpreting Agile metrics.
  • Skilled in proactive dependency/risk management, clear executive reporting, Jira process design, stakeholder facilitation, and people development (SM coaching, accountability).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree preferred.
  • Certifications (PSM II, SAFe, CSM or similar) a plus, but demonstrable impact is key.
