Summary: We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the high-performance Solana ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of decentralized exchange solutions, ensuring seamless execution and integration within the DEX space.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee all stages of project management, from initiation to closure, within the Solana ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.
  • Implement best practices and tools for project management and tracking within the decentralized exchange landscape.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchanges.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
