Roles and Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into actionable insights by utilizing statistical methods and data visualization techniques to support business decision-making.
• Expert and experience in Master Data Management
• Experience in data migration and digitalization projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide timely and accurate reports that meet business needs.
• Participate in the design and implementation of data collection systems, ensuring they capture relevant metrics for future analysis.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data analytics to continuously improve processes.
• Assist in the creation of predictive models that forecast potential trends based on historical data, enhancing decision-making capabilities.
• Provide training and support to team members on data tools and analytics techniques, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, with a strong foundation in quantitative analysis.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analyst role, demonstrating a solid track record of successful data projects.
• Experience in industries such as finance, healthcare, or e-commerce where data-driven decision-making is crucial.
• Proficiency in Oracle, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Qlik sense or Power BI to manipulate and present data effectively.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset, able to interpret complex data sets with ease.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating flexibility in adapting to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred to enhance communication with diverse teams.
