LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Project Coordinator for an 8-month contract with its Toronto based customer.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work 2x/week on-site at the customer location in Toronto, ON.

Key Tasks

• Maintain and update project plans, governance artifacts, and reporting documentation across multiple workstreams using tools such as JIRA and Smartsheet.
• Coordinate project meetings, status updates, and communications between internal teams and external delivery partners.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, ensuring they are documented and escalated through the appropriate governance channels.
• Support testing and operational readiness activities, ensuring documentation and deliverables are aligned with program milestones.
• Assist project leadership with stakeholder coordination and reporting, ensuring deliverables are tracked and progress is communicated clearly.

Key Qualifications

• Strong project coordination / project control experience supporting complex technology or transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage project artifacts, governance processes, and reporting in structured delivery environments.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience working with project management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, or similar delivery tracking platforms.
• Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with both internal teams and external partners.
• Strong attention to detail with experience tracking risks, issues, and project dependencies.
• Collaborative, proactive personality with the ability to work independently and adapt quickly in fast-paced programs.
