HR Executive – Construction
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & On/Offboarding
· Manage recruitment and selection, as well as onboarding of new staff and foreign workers.
· Ensure proper documentation, work pass applications, and orientation processes.
· Oversee offboarding processes including final settlements and exit documentation.
Workforce Coordination
· Manage daily staff/worker movement, deployment, re-assignment, and support operational manpower needs across projects.
· Review, renew, and coordinate workers’ CoreTrade, CSOC, RES/REO certifications to ensure compliance.
Payroll & Attendance Support
· Assist with payroll processing, attendance tracking, leave management, overtime, and offboarding.
Benefits, Training & Performance
· Administer medical benefits (PCP) and support staff/worker queries.
· Track training programs, certifications, and support performance appraisal exercises.
· Manage insurance renewals and submit WICA or medical claims where necessary.
Compliance & Reporting
· Maintain HR records and databases.
· Support statutory reporting, work pass renewals, and official HR documentation.
· Support dormitory rental agreement/season parking administration and housing coordination.
Employee Engagement
· Support company events and staff/worker recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
Other Duties
· Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
· 2–3 years of HR experience (construction industry preferred).
· Knowledge of MOM regulations and work pass processes.
· Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
