Scrum Master – Digital Lending
Location- PST Remote
Experience
6–10 Years (Minimum 3+ years as Scrum master's in digital Lending / FinTech / BFSI)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with strong exposure to Digital Lending platforms to facilitate Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with loan origination systems, digital onboarding, credit decisioning, and lending APIs while driving Agile best practices and removing delivery impediments.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Scrum, Agile principles, and continuous improvement practices.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and Business stakeholders to ensure sprint goals align with business objectives.
- Manage and track sprint deliverables, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Remove blockers and resolve team impediments to maintain sprint velocity.
- Drive Agile maturity and team productivity across multiple squads.
- Ensure adherence to Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint predictability.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies in large digital lending implementations.
- Support release planning and production deployment cycles.
Digital Lending Responsibilities
- Work with teams building Digital Lending platforms including:
- Loan Origination Systems (LOS)
- Loan Management Systems (LMS)
- Digital onboarding & eKYC
- Credit underwriting workflows
- Risk & fraud checks
- Coordinate integrations with credit bureaus, payment gateways, banking APIs, and KYC systems.
- Understand lending journeys such as:
- Customer onboarding
- Loan application
- Credit decisioning
- Loan disbursement
- Repayment & collections
- Ensure Agile delivery for microservices, API integrations, and mobile/web lending applications.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum framework
- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Hands-on experience managing multiple Agile squads
- Good understanding of Digital Lending / FinTech platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with API-driven architectures and cloud platforms
- Ability to track and report Agile metrics and delivery performance
