About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled, results-oriented, and success-driven PHP Full-Stack Developer with strong business acumen.


What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and web applications using PHP.
  • Integrate frontend components using Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Debug, enhance, and maintain database structures and performance, and manage high-load environments with MySQL.
  • Implement caching and messaging solutions with Redis, Memcached, and RabbitMQ.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and launch new business service features. Evaluate user feedback and collaborate with product teams to refine and improve service features based on real-world usage.
  • Maintain and enhance legacy PHP codebases without frameworks and participate in projects to migrate legacy PHP applications to modern frameworks (e.g., Laravel).
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems, with a focus on enhancing performance, response time, and system efficiency.
  • Proactively recommend and execute program improvements, including performance optimizations and feature enhancements.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation and conduct training sessions for team members on best practices and new features.


What You Bring:

  • PHP Development.
  • Experience with one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Zend, Yii, Symfony, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
  • Experience with MySQL in high-load environments, including query optimization, indexing strategies, and data modeling.
  • Experience with caching and messaging tools (any technology, e.g., Redis, Memcached, RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
  • Ability to work with and improve legacy PHP code without frameworks.
  • Proven track record of building, integrating, scaling, and maintaining third-party APIs and services for high-traffic applications.
  • Ability to communicate in English.


A Strong Competitive Advantage will give you:

  • Experience with RUM, Core Web Vitals, and understanding how to optimize the front end
  • Experience with database sharding/partitioning
  • Knowledge of parsing techniques and tools
  • Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch
  • Familiarity with Selenium for automated testing
  • Experience in the LegalTech, TravelTech, and Travel Arrangements industries.

Job Type: Indefinite-term Contract, Service Agreement, or FOP.
