We are looking for a growth marketer with strong sense of self-ownership and ability to drive metrics in collaboration with cross-functions. A full stack profile will enable candidate to learn and work across all aspects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative growth hacks to drive growth and engagement of Airtel Thanks App
- Understand various components and drivers of growth, ranging from driving business organically and well as driving digital growth via paid/un-paid channels
- Analyze user journeys to provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs
- Undertake consumer research and competitive benchmarking to identify their needs and current friction points and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth
- Manage cross-functional growth projects by working closely with product and functional teams to run experiments and roll out features on an ongoing basis
- Design and execute all aspects of digital marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Performance marketing channels
Job Duties:
CRM & Push Campaigns: Set up and optimize push notifications and in-app messaging to enhance user engagement and conversion.
Design & Creative Optimization: Work closely with product team to develop visually compelling creatives for marketing campaigns, landing pages, app inventories and in-app experiences.
Stakeholder/Partner Management: Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, analytics) and external partners to align growth initiatives and execute campaigns effectively.
Data-Driven Growth: Analyze campaign performance, user behavior, and funnel metrics to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Digital Marketing & SEO: Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns, optimize organic discoverability through SEO, and drive traffic to the app.
