As a Product Manager you will leading category growth while focusing on driving user acquisition, engagement, and revenue for specific categories. This role involves partnering closely with Category Managers to deeply understand category dynamics, identify user pain points, and build roadmaps. By leveraging data-driven insights and a user-centric approach, you will develop strategies to enhance category discovery and conversion, working cross-functionally to implement features that deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Category-Led Growth Strategy: Partner directly with Category Managers to identify and prioritize growth opportunities specific to their portfolios, focusing on category penetration, cross-selling, and targeted user activation.
User Problem Solving: Deep dive into category-specific user journeys to uncover pain points, drop-offs, and unmet needs, translating these insights into actionable product requirements.
User Experience Optimization: Work with design and engineering teams to enhance how users discover, browse, and interact with specific categories, optimizing the end-to-end purchasing experience.
Data Analysis & Insights: Use data to inform product decisions, analyze category-level trends, and uncover granular growth opportunities that align with business goals.
Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and run experiments to test new features, validate hypotheses around category behavior, and optimize product flows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between Category Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Design to ensure successful implementation and alignment of growth initiatives.
Performance Tracking: Monitor key category metrics (e.g., category conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, average order value) and analyze performance to drive continuous product improvement.
