Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional who can effectively coordinate Agile activities and support the team in delivering projects efficiently. The candidate should possess strong communication skills and experience working with collaboration and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate and lead scrum calls to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track tasks, user stories, and progress using Jira.
• Maintain and update project documentation in Confluence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Microsoft Teams for communication and coordination.
• Ensure blockers are identified and communicated to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Promote Agile best practices and help the team stay aligned with sprint goals.

Required Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Jira for task tracking and sprint management.
• Familiarity with Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
• Experience using Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
• Ability to lead daily stand-ups and scrum meetings effectively.
• Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in an Agile or Scrum-based project environment.
• Ability to coordinate between technical and business teams.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
