The Role
- 12 month fixed term contract, covering parental leave. Immediate start
- Preston office with onsite parking.
- Hybrid working, 3 days in the office
- Learning initiatives, e.g. we use LinkedIn Learning
- Supporting our grad program by developing supporting content
- Managing the engagement activity calendar
- Helping investigate employee relations cases
- People analytics and reporting
- Managing the extensive employee perks hub
- Supporting the People & Culture Lead and regional Business Partners with localised HR initiatives.
- Supporting employee wellbeing and performance
Reporting to the People & Culture Lead for APAC, you will join a supportive and proactive team where you will learn and be stretched.

About You
- Some experience in an HR Coordinator or HR Admin role where you have added measurable value to a process, system or team. Make sure you highlight this in your resume!
- We are open to industry, but anything with a technology focus will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to how APAC teams work will be helpful
- Tech savvy, we use e.g. Sharepoint, Excel (for reporting, pivots etc)
- You will be part of the onboarding and training activities in the region, therefore great communication skills are a must.
- Evidence of a growth mindset and willingness to pitch in and work as a team.
- Proactive by nature, you look for ways to improve, test and learn and improve again.
