Key Responsibilities

Application Development

  • Use scripting logic (e.g., Groovy/Java‑style languages) for advanced scenarios.

General Technical Responsibilities

  • Translate functional requirements into solid technical implementations.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Document technical changes, designs, and best practices.
  • Support technical upgrades, refactoring activities, security improvements, and performance optimizations.

Future Technology Work

  • Opportunity to work with additional platforms and technologies as we evolve our low‑code ecosystem.
  • As technology advances and AI continues to emerge, you'll get the chance to be inovative with the latest development tools.

Profile

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience developing applications in a low‑code or rapid‑development environment.
  • You have a good understanding of SQL and REST APIs, allowing you to efficiently work with databases and connect external services in our low-code solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to independently convert functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Comfortable collaborating within cross‑functional teams (business, architects, developers).
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Interest in frontend development (HTML, CSS,…) is a bonus.

What We Offer

  • A technical role that combines both application development and integration work.
  • Direct impact on several key systems across the organization.
  • Freedom to contribute ideas and influence technical decisions.
  • Opportunities to grow toward platform expertise, architecture support, or broader solution ownership.
  • An agile environment with autonomy, collaboration, and short decision cycles.
