- Focus on business outcomes, not just lines of code
Imagine this:
A system needs to handle complex business workflows.
A traditional developer might code the modules.
An AI Software Engineer asks different questions:
- How should the AI agents orchestrate the system?
- How do we ensure the system is scalable, secure, and maintainable?
- How do we integrate AI behavior with real business processes?
Then you design:
- Software architectures for agentic AI solutions
- High-quality, production-ready code delivered with AI-assisted methodologies

This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have a strong background in software architecture and engineering best practices
- Focus on quality, security, scalability, and maintainability
- Are excited about AI-assisted software development
- Want to move beyond traditional coding and focus on agentic AI solutions
- Are not a vibe coder
A few practical notes:
- Strong English required, Dutch preferred
- Based in Belgium
- Experienced in solution architecture, high-quality software design, and AI-assisted coding
