About us

Founded in Helsinki in 2018 our platform helps companies work together with influencers and content creators for short and long term collaborations as well as content sourcing needs. We recently expanded to exclusive talent management and now offer several top creators exclusively through Boksi in both Finland and Germany.

Our platform connects brands with creators and simplifies collaboration, campaign management, and content sourcing. In addition to the platform, we also offer a mobile app designed for influencers, content creators, and talents to manage collaborations and opportunities more easily. The app was launched in summer 2025.

Your role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of Boksi’s product roadmap and execution. You will translate company goals into clear product priorities, define what we build and why, and ensure development focuses on high-impact initiatives that support growth and customer value.

You will turn strategy into actionable plans by clarifying scope, writing product specifications, prioritizing features, and aligning stakeholders before development starts. As a Senior Product Manager, you will work closely with developers and commercial teams to maintain momentum, remove bottlenecks, and ensure steady delivery.

In your role, you will also lead and support our Senior Product Designer, providing direction, feedback, and alignment to ensure design work supports overall product strategy.

This is an 18-month fixed-term position covering a parental leave, with the possibility of extension. The role can be based in Helsinki or Hamburg and is offered in a flexible hybrid working model.

What you’ll do:

• Own and drive the product roadmap across Boksi’s platform connecting brands and creators, as well as our mobile app for influencers, content creators, and talents
• Translate business objectives into clear product priorities and specifications
• Lead feature prioritization and scope decisions
• Work closely with our designer and developers to ensure smooth execution
• Remove bottlenecks and maintain delivery momentum
• Align product initiatives with commercial and growth goals
• Contribute to OKR planning and strategic discussions
• Act as the direct manager of the Senior Product Designer, providing leadership, feedback, and performance support

A few qualities we're looking for in our ideal candidate:

• Proven track record of owning and driving product end-to-end
• Ability to balance long-term direction with day-to-day delivery
• Experience working closely across technical and commercial teams
• Strong ownership mindset and hands-on execution style
• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment
• Fluent English; Finnish and/or German is a plus

Experience in working in a startup environment, an understanding of software development and knowledge of leading AI-focused products is considered a benefit.
