PDSVISION is expanding in the Nordic region, and we’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead complex customer implementation projects across the PTC, Ansys, and PDSVISION product portfolios

Your Role: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the successful delivery of enterprise-level system implementation projects. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, oversee timelines and budgets, and ensure projects deliver real value to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of customer projects involving PLM, CAD, CAE, and related enterprise systems
  • Own project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate closely with technical consultants, architects, and customers to align solutions with business goals
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
  • Facilitate post-implementation reviews to capture learnings and continuously improve delivery practices
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of internal project methodologies and best practices

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in enterprise system implementation projects (e.g., PLM, ERP, CAD, CAE)
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in parallel, while keeping stakeholders engaged and informed
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and software delivery, ideally in industrial or engineering contexts
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to navigate diverse technical and business environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Bonus If You Also Have Experience With

  • PTC Windchill, Creo, or Ansys solutions
  • Agile or hybrid project methodologies
  • Working in multi-vendor or multi-system customer environments
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Master

Other Information

Full-time probation period for 6 months to move over to permanent employment.
