Following the merger of Avrios and Vimcar and the acquisitions of Optimum Automotive and Océan, Shiftmove is building Europe's leading fleet management platform. We operate at the premium end of the market, and our brand must reflect that.
We are looking for a Brand Designer in Paris to safeguard our premium positioning and ensure every interaction with Shiftmove feels cohesive and ecosystem-driven.
What You Will Do
You will develop high-quality brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints, from performance marketing and social media to large-scale conferences and print. You won't just be making things "look good"; you'll be translating business objectives into visual concepts that solve real problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute & Scale: Deliver high-quality design assets (web, campaigns, events) independently and at pace
- Motion Design: Bring our story to life through motion graphics and animation
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain strict consistency across all outputs, preventing "off-brand" fragmentation
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams, in a cross-functional environmentto prioritize requests and manage production timelines with external vendors
- Mentorship: Provide guidance to two design working students in our Paris office
- Languages skills: Native-level French and fluent English. Knowledge of German is a plus
- Experience: 3+ years in Brand Design with a portfolio showcasing identity systems and strong motion work. Proven track record within an in-house brand or design team at a SaaS or high-growth tech company
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma and motion design/animation tools
- Communication: Native French speaker with fluent English. You can articulate design decisions with a compelling narrative
- Mindset: You are autonomous, structured, and comfortable balancing "quick-turnaround" ad-hoc tasks with long-term strategic projects
- Detail-Oriented: An excellent eye for typography, hierarchy, and premium aesthetics
You will join a cross-functional, international team, working closely with our Director of Design and Brand Design Lead in Berlin, as well as local teams in Paris and Aix-en-Provence.
