Global Project Manager – Pharmaceutical Services
📍 Berlin, Germany (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home)
We’re currently looking for a Global Project Manager to join a growing pharmaceutical services organization supporting international Early Access Programs.
This role will focus on coordinating global programs, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects are delivered smoothly across multiple teams and regions.
If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment and want to play a key role in programs that help patients gain access to important medicines, this could be a great opportunity.
What you’ll be doing
• Managing the end-to-end delivery of Early Access Programs
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout project setup and delivery
• Coordinating cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and quality
• Developing project plans and keeping stakeholders aligned on progress
• Identifying and resolving issues to keep programs on track
• Ensuring all activities follow company processes and compliance standards
What we’re looking for
• 3+ years’ experience in project management, program delivery, or a client-facing role
• Experience working in international or cross-functional environments
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
