I’m currently supporting a growing Microsoft-focused technology consultancy looking to hire a Consultant-level Full Stack Developer specialising in SharePoint, Azure and AI solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team delivering modern workplace and AI-driven digital solutions to enterprise clients, working on cutting-edge Microsoft cloud technologies.

You’ll work as part of a consulting team designing and implementing modern workplace and AI-driven solutions built on the Microsoft ecosystem. This role is hands-on development focused, while also working closely with clients to understand requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Full-Stack Developer – Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop SharePoint Online / Microsoft 365 solutions
• Build Azure-based applications and integrations
• Implement AI-powered features and automation
• Develop full-stack solutions using modern Microsoft technologies
• Work directly with clients to understand technical and business requirements
• Support solution architecture, delivery and optimisation
• Collaborate with consultants, developers and architects on enterprise projects

Full-Stack Developer – Key Skills Required

• Experience with SharePoint Online development
• Strong Azure development experience
• Knowledge of AI integrations / Azure AI / Copilot / automation (or strong interest in this area)
• Full stack development experience (e.g. C#, .NET, JavaScript, React, APIs)
• Experience delivering solutions in a consulting or client-facing environment
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders

Must Have Requirements:

• IT-related degree
• Consultant-level experience (typically 2–5+ years)
• Comfortable in client-facing environments
• Must be based in or able to commute to Turin
