We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who wants to shape the future of our platform. Someone who combines product vision with execution and sees opportunities in AI to create real product value.

What you’ll be doing

As Senior Product Manager, you take ownership of the next phase of BaseNet’s product evolution.

You translate customer needs, market insights and AI opportunities into clear product direction. Working closely with engineering, design and business stakeholders, you ensure ideas turn into features that genuinely improve how legal professionals work.

Operating in an agile environment, you help define priorities, shape domain teams and keep the product moving forward.

Your focus is simple: build a product that is intuitive, scalable and ready for the AI-driven future of legal tech.

Your responsibilities

• Identify market and customer needs and translate them into scalable product features and AI-driven capabilities
• Work cross-functionally with designers, developers and business stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Improve the user experience with a strong focus on usability and performance
• Support the definition and formation of a new domain teams in collaboration with the CPTO
• Guide the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond
• Balance short-term delivery with long-term product vision and strategy

About the team

BaseNet is part of Blinqx, a fast-growing tech group that connects specialist software companies across different industries. Within BaseNet, we develop SaaS solutions tailored for the legal market, software that helps law firms manage cases, clients and communication seamlessly.

As Senior Product Manager you’ll join our Amsterdam-based product team of three Product Managers and one UX/UI Designer. You collaborate closely with development teams in the Netherlands and Spain and report directly to the CPTO, helping drive the next phase of BaseNet’s product growth.

What you bring

• 7+ years of experience in product management within B2B SaaS environments
• Proven experience delivering digital products with multidisciplinary teams
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven features or AI-enabled product development
• Experience working in scale-up environments where processes evolve quickly
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product decisions
• Ability to connect business goals with technical possibilities
• Extensive experience with Agile product development, modern product methodologies and AI-powered tools
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience with legal tech or legal software is a strong plus
