Introduction:

To complete our Products Implementation Team, based in Timisoara and support our growth in Europe, we are looking for a Junior Implementation Dashboarder.

The primary focus of this role is to support the delivery of custom reporting and analytics dashboards that enable clients to explore and interact with their data. You will work with tools such as Power BI, Reportal, and bespoke solutions built with React and Next.js.

Secondary responsibilities include supporting the implementation of community portals on our Liferay-based platform, troubleshooting issues via JIRA, and collaborating with support teams to investigate and resolve technical challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Support the design, development and delivery of interactive dashboards using Power BI, Reportal, or React/Next.js to deliver actionable insights to clients.
• Transform and prepare data using R, SPSS/PSPP, or Python to ensure accuracy and consistency across reporting solutions paying careful attention to maintain data integrity.
• Manage and load data into dashboards using SQL or Power Query, optimizing performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across our dashboards and community platforms, applying strong problem-solving skills that may also include network or server infrastructure.
• Support community portals on the Liferay CMS platform, including template development with Apache Freemarker.
• Collaborate with support teams, providing technical expertise and assisting in issue resolution.
• Ensure all web solutions are cross-browser compatible and mobile responsive, maintaining a seamless user experience across devices.

Your Profile:

• Up to 2 years of experience working with vanilla JavaScript (ES3+), including internships or academic projects.
• Up to 2 years of experience developing applications in React, using frameworks such as Next.js or Remix.js.
• Familiarity to R, SPSS, Python, or other data manipulation tools.
• Familiarity with data formats commonly used in the Market Research industry.
• Strong ability to translate design mockups into functional HTML/CSS implementations.
• Skilled in using browser developer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) to troubleshoot logic, styling, accessibility, and network issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience using Git, Bitbucket, or similar source control systems.

Nice to have:

• Experience deploying Node.js applications in a Linux environment.
• Familiarity with JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as Lodash, Highcharts.js, and Bootstrap.
• Experience developing for other CMS platforms, such as WordPress, Joomla, or similar.
• Understanding of and experience interacting with REST and GraphQL APIs.
• Ability to write performant SQL queries to extract and join data across multiple tables.
• Solid understanding of data modeling principles.
• Experience working with design assets created in Adobe XD, Figma, or Balsamiq.
