Job Title: Marketing Services Project Manager

You will be joining a dynamic marketing collective at Warner Music Group that sits at the intersection of music, culture, and innovation. Our team is the engine room for the LatAm region, responsible for transforming creative sparks into high-impact regional campaigns. You will be joining a fast-paced environment where your organizational prowess enables our creative, content, and performance teams to hit their marks every single time. By bridging the gap between vision and execution, you ensure that our artists’ stories reach their fans.
Your Role
Your mission is to bring structure to a high-energy creative environment by managing complex timelines and tackling a wide variety of challenges. You will be the steady hand ensuring every campaign moves efficiently from initial idea to a successful launch. Because the beat of the music industry never stops, you’ll be immersed in the excitement of real-time content approvals that keep our fans engaged.
Here You’ll Get To
- You will lead the end-to-end project management of digital and social media marketing initiatives, from initial planning and prioritization to launch and post-campaign review.
- You will execute primarily tactical work, applying established project frameworks and policies to support our diverse creative production needs.
- You will coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative, content, paid media as well as multiple external vendors.
- You will oversee the entire production lifecycle for assets like videos, social media content, landing pages, and campaign visuals.
- You will manage project dependencies, approvals, and resource allocation to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly project milestones are delivered efficiently, ultimately impacting our annual campaign goals.
- You will identify and implement opportunities to improve production efficiency and team collaboration.
- You will analyze campaign data and user behavior to provide data-driven recommendations for future optimizations.
- You will stay ahead of the curve by identifying new tools and AI trends that can optimize our marketing services processes.
- You have 5+ years of experience in marketing project management, demonstrating a firm grasp of organizational processes with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- You are highly analytical and comfortable using tools like Tableau, CoBrand, S4A, and Spotify Charts to synthesize performance data.
- You are fluent in both English and Spanish, possessing the communication skills necessary to align with global stakeholders.
- You enjoy bringing order to ambiguity and have a deep understanding of creative production and content workflows.
- You are a highly experienced project manager who can influence others within your job area through your strong grasp of facts, policies, and practices, known for independently solving complex problems.
- You are passionate about the music industry and are willing to work flexible hours to support key live events and timely campaign launches.
- Experience working in content-driven or creative marketing environments.
- Familiarity with the nuances of paid media execution and digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello or similar platforms to keep the team organized.
