✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️


  • 7–10 years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Catalyst switches.
  • Experience managing Enterprise LAN/WiFi environments.
  • Hands-on experience with network monitoring and NOC tools.
  • Familiarity with connectivity services (fiber circuits, provider-managed services).
  • Knowledge of BGP and enterprise routing protocols.
  • Experience coordinating with network service providers and managing incidents.
  • Understanding of cloud connectivity concepts (AWS or Azure is a plus).
  • Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.


👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?


  • Support NOC activities and maintain the stability, performance, and availability of network infrastructure.
  • Operate and troubleshoot enterprise network environments including LAN, WiFi, and connectivity services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve network incidents.
  • Implement improvements to network infrastructure and services.
  • Monitor network performance and manage incident resolution.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and technical discussions to improve processes.
  • Apply best practices in enterprise network operations.
  • Work in Agile or structured operational environments as required.
