Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
- 7–10 years of experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Cisco Routing & Switching and Cisco Catalyst switches.
- Experience managing Enterprise LAN/WiFi environments.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and NOC tools.
- Familiarity with connectivity services (fiber circuits, provider-managed services).
- Knowledge of BGP and enterprise routing protocols.
- Experience coordinating with network service providers and managing incidents.
- Understanding of cloud connectivity concepts (AWS or Azure is a plus).
- Ability to work in international, cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
- Support NOC activities and maintain the stability, performance, and availability of network infrastructure.
- Operate and troubleshoot enterprise network environments including LAN, WiFi, and connectivity services.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external providers to resolve network incidents.
- Implement improvements to network infrastructure and services.
- Monitor network performance and manage incident resolution.
- Participate in knowledge sharing and technical discussions to improve processes.
- Apply best practices in enterprise network operations.
- Work in Agile or structured operational environments as required.
