Job Title: Field Service Management (FSM) Ticket Coordinator – 5 Day Activity
Location: Vindafjord, Norway (Onsite /Support Activity)
Duration: 5 Day Assignment (16th March Monday )
Job Description:
Activity Date: 16 March 2026 Monday (Activity will continue for a few days until all installation and configuration are completed)
SOW (Scope of Work): Perform a diagnostic check and dump the configuration of the Cisco switches
Number of switches: 20
Tools to be carried: Console cable, tool kit, and label printer
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to perform a one-day support activity for creating and managing a Field Service Management (FSM) ticket for a site located in Norway. The resource will ensure that the service request is properly logged, documented, and assigned according to the required operational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working with FSM or IT service management tools (ServiceNow, FSM platforms, or similar).
- Basic understanding of IT support / field service processes.
- Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams.
- Ability to complete tasks within a short turnaround time (same-day activity).
