🚀 We’re Hiring | Planning Manager

Talents Tide is currently hiring a Planning Manager for one of our well-known clients in the construction industry. If you’re an experienced planning professional ready to lead project planning activities and ensure successful project delivery, we’d love to hear from you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company in project progress meetings with internal teams and consultants

Report project updates and critical issues to management through reports, emails, and meetings

Review daily site progress reports before submission to the consultant

Monitor project progress with Project Managers and site teams and escalate discrepancies

Review key reports prepared by Planning Engineers

Lead, supervise, and guide the Planning Team to ensure accuracy and timely reporting

Finalize and draft project progress–related correspondence

Coordinate with department heads to resolve timeline issues

Support the development of Master Programs, schedules, and EOT submissions

🎯 Requirements:

✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture
