Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- 6 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
- Experience supporting leaders within global organizations and serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
- Knowledge of Google and project management practices to solve operational issues.
- Ability to grow in fast-paced environments, demonstrating high flexibility, adaptability, and self-supporting execution.
- Excellent attention to detail skills, with the ability to cultivate strong relationships, leverage perspectives, and communicate effectively across all job functions.

Go-to-Market (GTM) team serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to Global Business Organization (GBO). The team ensures Google's ever-evolving ads business delivers growth and operates. The team is also responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of ads products from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, proactive administrative support to executives, including complex calendar management, international/domestic travel coordination, and expense reports.
- Plan, manage, and execute critical internal and external meetings (virtual and in-person), such as staff meetings and summits, assisting with content development and tracking action items.
- Drive the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion, operating autonomously to establish structure, proactively address risks, and effectively implement solutions.
- Serve as a trusted business partner, collaborating with strategy and operations for business continuity while demonstrating excellent judgment, discretion, and strict Google confidentiality.
- Advocate Google's culture by developing organizational positivity, acting resourcefully, prioritizing effectively, and managing ambiguity with strong attention to detail.
