We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our high-impact regional team, reporting directly to Senior Director and working closely with the APAC Executive Leadership Team. This role is instrumental in driving APAC’s business growth strategy across 30+ Business Units in the region.

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive the development of APAC’s growth strategy, working closely with senior leadership across markets and business units.
• Lead business planning processes for each Business Unit, collaborating with APAC Executive Leadership team.
• Build actionable and granular business plans, outlining key initiatives and enabling projects to meet financial aspirations.
• Maintain and update the regional “portfolio gameboard”, mapping our capability sets and identifying strategic gaps.
• Support the investment pipeline, market intelligence gathering, and the identification of new, niche business opportunities.
• Provide hands-on support for CEO-critical initiatives, including strategic investment & performance management, and organic growth projects.
• Deliver clear, structured analysis and communications for senior stakeholders, helping to drive alignment across the business.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• 3-5 years’ experience in strategy and business planning, with 2 years in a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree or MBA in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven analytical, conceptual problem-solving, and business modeling skills.
• Highly adaptable, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• Strong communication skills — able to present to C-suite stakeholders and craft high-quality PowerPoint and written reports.
• Experience collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in complex matrix environments.
