Agile Consultant – Business Transformation

Role: Initial Contract of 4-5 months with potential for permanent position

Location: London (3 days a week)

Salary: circa £750 per day (outside IR35)

SC Level clearance needed

My client is a global leading consultancy striving to deliver Transformational Change and effective business outcomes. They have worked with a wide range of clients including Fortune 50 companies and government agencies. The global team comprises of Agile Consultants who have a proven track record of providing expert consulting and training services to enhance team success and achieve tangible results.

In this position, you will be a catalyst for change on an important project that’s focus is to implement organisational change in an Agile way. You will be exposed to an exciting, key public sector client and the potential to work in collaboration with business leaders to see through their strategic vision. They foster a strong culture of authenticity, innovation and collaboration and value those who can demonstrate their commitment to the Agile principles.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a small team to ensure outcomes are delivered to a high standard

Provide strategic insights that are deliverable in an Agile way

Work hand in hand with another highly reputable consultancy

Ready to take the lead on the project when and if required

Ability to build strong relationships with client

Leading key meetings with senior client stakeholders

Desired experience:

Minimum Senior Manager level

Ideally 10+ years’ experience of Agile working and transformational change

Experience working within public sector bodies

Agile qualified would be beneficial

Must have security level clearance
