This Executive Assistant role provides administrative support to multiple senior leaders within ESPN Sports Production. These leaders oversee fast-paced, highly collaborative creative and technical teams responsible for live sports productions.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual capable of achieving results in a fast-paced environment and should possess an ability to maintain confidentiality and manage high-level relationships with sensitivity.
Responsibilities

This Executive Assistant role provides administrative support to multiple senior leaders within ESPN Sports Production. These leaders oversee fast-paced, highly collaborative creative and technical teams responsible for live sports productions.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented individual capable of achieving results in a fast-paced environment and should possess an ability to maintain confidentiality and manage high-level relationships with sensitivity.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to 3-4 executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparation of meeting materials
- Coordinate and maintain Outlook calendars; schedule meetings and book conference rooms
- Assist with gathering and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and events
- Manage travel logistics and related travel and entertainment expense reports in accordance with company policies
- Support daily office operations, including coordination with IT, Facilities, and other executive assistants
- Coordinate team meetings and events as needed
- Track action items and follow up on behalf of assigned executives to ensure timely execution
- Interact professionally with ESPN, Disney, and external contacts on behalf of the executives supported
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, discretion, and tact at all times
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience providing executive or senior-level administrative support in comparable functions
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience coordinating executive calendars, meetings, and complex travel arrangements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn internal systems
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and build strong working relationships across teams
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience
