Role: Sr. Scrum Master
Location : Remote (Offshore)
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
- Remove team impediments and support Agile delivery.
- Work with Product Owner to manage and refine backlog.
- Guide teams on Agile/Scrum best practices.
- Track sprint progress using JIRA/Azure DevOps and Agile metrics.
- Required Skills: Agile, Scrum, JIRA/Azure DevOps, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Scrum
- Certification (CSM/PSM preferred).
