VALE Partners have been engaged by an award-winning enterprise technology company to find a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a newly created product engineering team in Brisbane.

This is a company with over 20 years of operational history and a genuine track record of innovation, building cloud-based platforms used by professionals across Australia and internationally. The team is newly formed but well-supported, built on a culture of technical excellence and collaboration, with established leadership and the resources of a larger organisation behind it.

Role Overview

• Design, build, and maintain full-stack applications working across a modern stack of .NET, TypeScript/React and AWS, contributing to platform features from frontend UI through to backend services
• Drive architectural decisions and contribute to the long-term technical strategy of the team, including refactoring and improving the codebase for performance and maintainability
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical design sessions, helping to raise the standard of engineering across the team
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, identify risks, and deliver cohesive solutions that genuinely serve the end users of the platform

What You'll Ideally Have

• Strong proficiency in C# and TypeScript, with proven experience designing and delivering scalable full-stack solutions in a production environment
• Familiarity with software practices such as event-driven architecture, SOLID principles, and test-driven development
• A track record of taking ownership of significant technical challenges and communicating trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in enterprise-grade systems or SaaS platforms, with comfort operating in a fast-paced environment with a degree of autonomy
