Program Manager - Infrastructure Deployment & Migration

Our client, A leading global technology organisation, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive complex infrastructure deployment and migration initiatives. This role suits a seasoned delivery leader who thrives in enterprise environments and can confidently manage large‑scale, multi‑stream programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure deployment and migration projects, ensuring delivery against scope, timelines, and quality expectations.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including schedules, resource allocation, cost estimates, risk mitigation, and communication frameworks.

• Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships across business owners, technical teams, partners, and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.

• Oversee project execution across migrations, infrastructure rollouts, and professional services engagements while proactively managing risks, issues, and escalations.

• Monitor and manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure delivery within agreed financial parameters.

• Support customers with infrastructure asset lifecycle management including patch compliance, vulnerability management, and operational uplift initiatives.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years' experience in IT project or program management within infrastructure, cloud, or enterprise technology environments.

• Demonstrated success delivering complex enterprise programs, including managing escalations, multi‑team coordination, and cross‑regional delivery.

• Strong understanding of project management frameworks and methodologies; certifications such as PMP or ITIL are highly regarded.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive outcomes.

• Proven experience managing project financials, forecasting, and governance processes within large‑scale technology engagements.

• Must be an Australian Citizen due to project and security requirements.
