We’re looking for a data-driven and analytical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to help transform data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are passionate about analytics, reporting, and business intelligence in a fully remote environment.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to support business decisions.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools to communicate insights.
• Collaborate with teams to identify data requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor business performance metrics and highlight trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Support data management, cleaning, and validation processes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining automated reporting systems.

• 0–2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related internships/projects.
• Proficiency in BI and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, or other data querying tools.
• Basic understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and reporting principles.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
