A well-established, Irish-owned consumer brand is seeking a fully remote Principal Full Stack Developer to guide and mentor their team.

This fully remote position involves leading and working closely with a talented, high-performing team spread across Europe.

This senior, hands-on position is looking for a Principal Full Stack Developer who can lead, mentor, and actively contribute to the code when needed. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys coding while shaping the team’s standards for code quality and architecture.

You Will:

• Lead development across React Web and React Native
• Drive high coding standards and architectural best practices
• Mentor and coach a team of 6 developers
• Solve complex technical challenges across frontend and backend systems
• You will take ownership of the React-based web and mobile applications

Skills / Experience:

• Principal/Senior-level Developer with hands-on expertise and experience mentoring and leading
• Very strong React & React Native, Java and Node experience
• Commercially minded individual
