My name is Ignė Naujalytė and I am looking for the ISO Quality Systems Manager to join our Telia Lietuva Quality and Resilience Team.

We are looking for a sharp manager - someone who gets things moving, connect the dots across teams, and genuinely cares about building systems that work.
This role involves developing and maintaining our ISO quality management systems. You'll own the processes that keep our ISO certifications alive and meaningful, coordinate with stakeholders across the business, and make sure our compliance efforts translate into real operational improvement - not just paperwork.

Working in this position you will receive a monthly base salary 2900 – 4000 Eur (gross) depending on your experience and track record of achievements.

We are looking for a sharp manager - someone who gets things moving, connect the dots across teams, and genuinely cares about building systems that work.
This role involves developing and maintaining our ISO quality management systems. You'll own the processes that keep our ISO certifications alive and meaningful, coordinate with stakeholders across the business, and make sure our compliance efforts translate into real operational improvement - not just paperwork.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive our ISO standards portfolio (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, ISO 20000-1, ISO 27001) coordinating across teams to keep us audit-ready year-round
- Plan and coordinate internal and external audits end-to-end: scope, preparation, execution, follow-up
- Manage fire safety and occupational health compliance in cooperation with external suppliers
- Track and push progress of corrective and preventive actions
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear, structured progress reports on activities, gaps, and risks
- Develop and maintain quality policies and procedures that people actually use
- Coach and train colleagues on quality management practices across the organization
What We Are Looking For
Your background
- Hands-on experience with ISO standards and quality management systems
- Experience organizing or participating in internal or external audits
- Background in large, complex organizations where cross-functional collaboration is the norm
- Root cause analysis and structured problem-solving - you don't just flag issues, you resolve them
- You manage multiple workstreams without losing the thread
- You communicate clearly and confidently with everyone from the shop floor to the C-suite
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and proactive - gaps don't slip past you
- You ask the right questions and know when to escalate
- University degree in quality management, business, social sciences, or a related field
- Fluency in Lithuanian; good working English
- Confident with MS Office tools
- Driver's license
