Your area of work:
The Compliance function works closely with business units and control functions to ensure adherence to national and international laws and regulations across Deutsche Börse Group. It proactively identifies compliance and reputational risks, including those linked to new activities and products. Compliance sets group-wide policies, ensures consistent application, and provides centralized services in areas such as anti-money laundering, sanctions, anti-corruption, data protection, and conflict of interest prevention. Team members gain experience in diverse compliance tasks and exposure to global financial activities.
Your responsibilities:
- Data analysis and Support: Assist with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes, etc.
- Documentation: Maintain and organize project documentation, ensuring all files are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Communication: Support the communication between project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Data Entry: Input and update project-related data in various systems and databases.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of project status reports, dashboards, and other documentation as required.
- Coordination: Help coordinate project activities, track progress, and follow up on action items.
- Research: Conduct research on project-related topics and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Support: Provide general support to the PMO team as needed.
- You must be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree program focusing on Business Studies, Project Management, information technology, or a related field with a recognized institution and can provide an internship agreement OR have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or similar for no more than 6 months
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Good command of MS-Office applications (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good understanding of Project Management Professional (PMP) basics
- Good understanding of developing IT products in an Agile environment and/or Agile Certification.
- Commitment, ability to work independently, attention to detail.
