Role Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Generative AI/MLOps Developer to join our remote team at BrainBite. In this dynamic full-time role, you'll develop and optimize advanced AI models and data pipelines, contribute to rapid prototyping efforts, and collaborate closely with our tech team to continuously enhance our AI-driven educational platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) and conversational AI systems.
• Build and maintain RAG data pipelines to enhance retrieval and generation accuracy.
• Apply fine-tuning, prompt engineering, benchmarking, and optimization techniques to ensure optimal model performance.
• Integrate and optimize Stable Diffusion models for computer vision applications.
• Design, build, and optimize working AI agents capable of complex tasks.
• Collaborate actively with the tech team to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
• Proficient in Python and JavaScript.
• Demonstrated experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with fine-tuning and various optimization techniques for generative AI.
• Solid experience with Stable Diffusion or similar computer vision technologies.
• Proven experience developing functional AI agents.
• Strong skills in prompt engineering, benchmarking, and performance optimization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Node.js, Nuxt, Vue, Supabase (postgres sql), Azure or other cloud providers is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability in quick prototyping and iterative development.
