About the role: This role is responsible for managing product-related project timelines and handling departmental administrative matters.
Reports to: Product Management Section Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Project Coordinator: Responsible for the overall coordination of truck and bus projects, supporting product engineers to ensure successful project delivery
- Organize and participate in project-related meetings and prepare meeting minutes and to-do lists
- Provide administrative and operational support for the Product Management Department
Ensure the successful and timely delivery of team projects. Manage and coordinate departmental administrative affairs.
Requirements & competencies:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Project Management, or Business.
- Minimum of 1 years of work experience.
- Demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and systematic thinking skills, demonstrating sound judgment and effective problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
- Willing to travel around EU.
