This Could Be The Perfect Challenge If You Have
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Experience conducting user research and creating journey maps, workflows, wireframes and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Ability to translate user needs into intuitive and effective interfaces.
- Experience building prototypes and validating solutions through usability testing.
- Experience collaborating with product owners, developers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Suite.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong communication, storytelling and presentation skills.
- User-centered mindset with strong analytical and creative thinking.
- Fluent English.
- Hybrid model: 3 days per week in the Lisbon office.
