The Web Developer role focuses on maintaining, upgrading, and supporting web platforms, while the SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist role drives online visibility, campaigns, and social media growth. Both positions play a key role in delivering high-quality, innovative solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Web Developer

• Maintain and upgrade existing websites and online platforms.
• Provide technical support for platforms based on CPanel, WHM, WordPress, PHP.
• Manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Optimize performance, security, and functionality of websites.
• Document development work, issues, and resolutions for internal tracking.

SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

• Implement and monitor SEO & SEM strategies to improve online visibility.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns and optimize for conversions.
• Maintain and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Create, adapt, and optimize visual content using tools like Photoshop, Canva, CorelDraw.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

Web Developer

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Solid web development and maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, PostgreSQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Experience with WordPress, CPanel, WHM.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reporting skills.

SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

• Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, or IT.
• Proven experience in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media management.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for decision-making.
• Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva, CorelDraw).
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills.
