You Will
- Drive end-to-end user research to uncover deep behavioral patterns, maintaining a customer-centric mindset that bridges the gap between complex financial data and intuitive user experiences.
- Master the art of data-storytelling, translating quantitative findings into intuitive illustrations that make complex financial decisions feel like second nature.
- Translate complex technical and business requirements into clear problem definitions and seamless user journeys.
- Design high-velocity workflows where precision, clarity, and trust are non-negotiable.
- Create prototypes and iterate quickly in close collaboration with Product and Engineering.
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints with cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and accelerate delivery.
- Drive user-obsessed workflows and help establish UX as a scalable capability across multiple product domains.
- Support and evolve design patterns and system thinking across the platform.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We believe that you are a strategic UX Designer with strong product instincts, high standards, and a deep interest in solving complex problems.
You Likely
- Have 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally within B2B SaaS and/or FinTech.
- Are comfortable working with financial data and using quantitative insights to validate decisions.
- Think in systems, not screens and care about scalability across products.
- Are strong in turning ambiguity into structure: clear problems, clear journeys, clear solutions.
- Collaborate naturally with developers and understand what it takes to implement design systems in real products.
- Communicate with clarity and presence — whether presenting to leadership or working hands-on with peers.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple initiatives without losing quality.
- Strong qualitative research skills.
- Experience in high-transaction or high-risk product environments.
- Experience building or scaling design systems.
