The Opportunity

You will be the go to person for everything visual at Emaldo.

Your job is to translate our products and ideas into clear, attractive design for both homeowners and professional partners such as installers and industrial clients.

You will work closely with marketing, product and sales to make sure Emaldo looks and feels consistent everywhere. From social media posts and ads to brochures, product sheets, web pages and catalogues.

Responsibilities

Concept and brand.

• Evolve and guard the Emaldo visual identity across all touchpoints
• Turn complex energy and battery concepts into simple, understandable visuals
• Create design systems, templates and component libraries for efficient production

Content and campaigns

• Design content for social media, newsletters and digital campaigns
• Create visuals, diagrams and infographics that explain how our systems work
• Produce visuals for events, fairs and webinars such as roll ups, backdrops and presentations

Sales and partner material

• Design brochures, one pagers and product sheets for both B2C and B2B
• Design and maintain product catalogues and price lists

Web and product related design

• Work with the marketing and web team on page layouts, landing pages and UX friendly visuals
• Ensure imagery and graphics on emaldo.com are consistent, on brand and optimised for performance

Production and process

• Own and organise design files, assets and templates for the whole company
• Prepare files for both print and digital use, including specs for external printers and partners
• Collaborate with agencies, photographers and videographers when needed

What We’re Looking For

Must haves

• 3+ years experience as a graphic designer, visual designer or similar
• Strong portfolio that shows branding, layout, typography and digital design
• Solid skills in common design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar
• Experience creating marketing material for both digital and print
• Ability to work from loose ideas and turn them into concrete visual concepts
• Structured way of working, able to manage several projects and deadlines
• Comfortable collaborating with marketers, product managers and sales teams
• Fluent in English. Scandinavian language skills are a plus

Nice to have

• Experience from energy, tech, hardware or other complex products
• Experience designing for both B2C and B2B audiences
• Basic understanding of web, UX and responsive design
• Experience with motion, simple animation or video editing
