Coalesce Management Consultancy (CMC) have a consulting assignment available for an Electronics Engineer / PCB Layout Engineer to support an electronics-sector project we are delivering in Gothenburg, Sweden.

We are looking for an experienced Electronics Engineer / PCB Layout Engineer to take ownership of PCB layout decisions that directly impact signal performance, EMC robustness and overall product quality. In this role, you will influence design outcomes, drive engineering best practices, and support both new product development and production ready design delivery within a collaborative, cross functional environment.
Key Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in Electronic Design Engineering
- Strong knowledge of Signal Integrity, Power Integrity and EMC aware design principles
- Proficiency in Cadence OrCAD and Cadence Allegro
- Experience with high speed routing techniques, grounding strategies and return path optimisation
- Solid understanding of electromagnetic behaviour and core electrical engineering principles
- Fluent English communication skills. Swedish language skills are advantageous
Meriting experience
- RF or microwave design exposure
- Harsh environment electronics design
- Simulation tools such as HFSS, Siwave or LTspice
- Design for Manufacture and Design for Test knowledge
