Senior Project Manager
We are launching a strategic Operational Excellence program aimed at enhancing performance, accelerating value creation, and enabling more efficient ways of working across the organization.
As a Senior Project Manager Operational Excellence, you will play an important role in delivering cross-functional improvement projects with measurable business impact. You will work closely with leaders, process owners, and expert teams to ensure improvements are well-anchored, effectively executed, and fully aligned with the company's long-term priorities.

Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager Operational Excellence, you will play an important role in delivering cross-functional improvement projects with measurable business impact. You will work closely with leaders, process owners, and expert teams to ensure improvements are well-anchored, effectively executed, and fully aligned with the company's long-term priorities.
Qualifications And Experience
- Extensive experience leading Operational Excellence, Lean, transformation or performance improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Product Development & Management (PD&M) processes or experience from product centric organizations -centric organizations
- Proven project management experience within technical, engineering or system-oriented environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change, influence stakeholders and build alignment across teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people, facilitate collaboration and drive adoption of new ways of working
- Relevant certifications such as PMP® (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a bonus
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and create clarity
