Senior Project Manager - Digital Health Standards
Pay Rate: CAD$90/Hr - CAD$100/Hr
Location: Toronto, ON (Remote)
Role Summary:
Seeking a Senior Project Manager to support digital health initiatives focused on improving clinical workflows through the adoption of digital solutions and standardized data exchange. The role involves leading the transition and redesign of enterprise terminology services and supporting priority projects related to digital health standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, and risk/issue management.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision forums while maintaining project documentation and governance.
Conduct current state assessments, gap analysis, and feasibility studies.
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Develop business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and project reports.
Collaborate with clinical, technical, and business stakeholders to support standards adoption.
Required Skills & Experience:
10-15 years of experience in digital health standards or healthcare IT projects.
Strong knowledge of interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, and LOINC.
Experience implementing terminology services and related tools.
Expertise in project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in adult learning, training strategy, or e-learning content development.
Familiarity with terminology management tools and healthcare information systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud collaboration tools.
Degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
