- Minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in Agile facilitation
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with multiple concurrent development teams
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with VersionOne or comparable Agile tool for tracking and reporting
- Strong capability to maintain purposeful and engaging Agile ceremonies
- CSM, PSM, or A-CSM certifications (higher certifications welcome but not required)
- Experience with informal scaling practices, such as Scrum of Scrums
- Basic understanding of CI/CD flow and flow visuals like cycle time scatter
