Are you a budding software developer eager to gain hands-on experience in the fast-moving PropTech industry? TEO is an early-stage startup on a mission to transform building management through AI and smart automation.

We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated Founding Software Engineer to join our stealth-stage proptech startup — building an AI- and LLM-powered SaaS platform to modernize property and building management.

This is a true founding role for someone who enjoys working across the stack (TypeScript preferred), taking ownership, and shaping both the product and the company from day one. Compensation is equity-only until funding, with a clear path to a senior engineering role as we grow.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Support development of our AI-powered platform
• Write and maintain clean, scalable code (e.g., Python, TypeScript)
• Learn AI coding,  integrate APIs and work with cloud platforms like Google Cloud
• Work on both backend and (potentially) frontend tasks
• Participate in team meetings and agile-style development cycles

Who You Are

• A self-starter who loves solving problems and figuring things out
• Curious about new technologies and how things work
• Comfortable asking questions, sharing ideas, and working independently
• Excited about working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice to Have (but not required):

• Interest in SaaS, AI, data analytics, blockchain
• Some exposure to mobile app development
• Curiosity about real estate or PropTech
