Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Muscat. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring timely completion within budget. Responsibilities include managing schedules, resources, and budgets, fostering communication among team members and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Project Manager is also expected to collaborate with expeditors, monitor project progress, and address issues as they arise to keep the project on track.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles, ensuring tasks and deliverables meet deadlines and specifications.
• Knowledge and practical skills in Inspection processes to maintain quality standards and adherence to project requirements.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate the flow of materials, equipment, and personnel across project sites.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in the construction or engineering sector is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 Years Experience in Real State and Commercial Construction
