Job Description:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will collaborate closely with customer experience teams to develop solutions on the core platform using languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python. Your role involves ideating and implementing how AI, analytics, and workflows can enhance customer processes.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Design, develop, and implement integrations, automations, and customizations to align with customers' tech stack and workflows.

• Utilize AI, including Generative AI techniques like prompt engineering for large language models, to solve customer problems.

• Conduct data analysis, write SQL queries, and build dashboards for insights and decision-making.

• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders, including customers, engineering, product, customer success & support, revenue, and marketing.

• Learn and guide customers through critical workflows, such as code repository integration.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent educational/professional experience.

• Hands-on coding experience with TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, APIs, Webhooks, and SQL.

• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, including GPT-4 and prompt engineering.

• Knowledge of vector databases and data embeddings.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English).
